This excellent video was grossly mistitled "99.9% Of Resellers Are Doing eBay Wrong". Tech should have titled it "Tech's Loving Ode to Capitalism" because that's what it is. It's all about getting over the idea of selling your precious time to an employer for a fixed rate and instead embracing capitalism to set you and your family free in terms of time, money, and control over your lives. This is definitely one to be watched over and over again by those seeking to make that personal transition from employment to entrepreneurship. No fancy production, just a man walking down the street, talking to his phone while recording it on video. Simple, yet massively effective. Thank you, Tech!

Question - how much does dormant stock affect the performance of our store? If we've had something listed for months and months (or even a year) and have kept reducing price and it still hasn't sold, should we be removing it from the store completely rather than selling at a loss?

Vegas local.. since the 70's I hope you enjoy vegas... Redrock Canyon is a beautiful place to visit here if you and your wife like the outdoors beauty. yeah im really trying to escape that time for money situation. I need to build up an emergency buffer when I can truly commit to reselling. currently on 500 listings in the collectibles arena so good margins however it is very inconsistent in volume of sales to the point where i'll make £1000 one month and £150 the next.

I would love it if you could explain your former inventory system. I'm using the sequential numbering system and periodically consolidate the boxes to make room for more items. I noticed that you had items hanging. Would you please explain why you chose that over the sequential system? (the one that daily refinment used to use). Thank you Tech

I learned this when I first found a trash found lamp on Craigslist and I sold it for $5 Then I kept doing it over and over. I had a pile of cash. Now nothing sells local anymore . Ebay sales have been slow this week. Maybe I just have crap items.. Or maybe fear of the economy or something. Now my street Sweeps are just scrap metal now. Only thing that I can sell off fast
