i wanted a break from dumbbells today and almost ended up not working out at all until i saw this absolute GEM! i feel so energetic afterwards i love how its all standing moves and the cardio does wonders to my heartrate :) pls do more workouts like this lindsay! love ya!

Ответить1800 steps! As soon as my 18 month old heard your voice she ran for the 5 pound weight yelling, "strong!!!!". Whenever she's around and I'm working out I tell her, "Mommy is getting strong!". My heart is so thrilled she's already catching on to the positive talk. 🥰
