The BirdAxe! for the Summers Woodworking's Bird House Challenge 2015 by Willem's Woodnotes

There is another challenge going on. Brian Gidney from Summers Woodworking is hosting the Summers Woodworking's Bird House Challenge for the 3rd time. Having some pallet wood left from the pallet challenge last month, i am giving this one a go.

My little axe broke a while ago. It was very cheap, i guess it wasn't very strong. I will make a new handle some day, but the old one needs repurposing. I guess birds need axes too. I'll make a BirdAxe!

Again i had a lot of help from my daughter who did the editing. (her youtube channel for those who like horse riding computer games: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCn_QBA62_QJjYbnNLMG6aWQ).

Video edited with Windows Movie Maker, converted from camera (stupid mod-files) with Videopad Lite, transfer of files between my macbook to my daughters laptop with http://wetransfer.com (highly recommended), recorded with a canon handheld camera Legria fs20.

I still have to hang the BirdAxe at a more suitable place. We'll see in spring if the BirdAxe will be occupied.
