I live in NOVA since 2018 and I love it! Definitely an area that could be challenging when it comes to real estate, but the economy is booming and there's always a way to achieve your goals (financially, professionally, etc). I'd say the biggest challenge is the amount of properties available in the market between 400k and 700k. There's a very high demand for this range and low inventory (housing for medium class workers)...the rest would be houses over the million or 1bed/2bed + 1bath properties which are below the 400k's...
