Exploring Ipstones & Consall, Staffordshire Moorlands - Caldon Canal & Devil’s Staircase

Today on Run Adventurer, we’re in Ipstones in Staffordshire for a 4.5 mile circular route. Starting at the Church of St Leonard in Ipstones we run through the village and across the fields and through the woods to the Caldon Canal in the Churnet Valley following it to Consall where we have visited before on our run from Cheddleton. We then head back via the Devil's Staircase and across the fields back to the church in Ipstones. Staffordshire Moorlands is a lovely area, well worth a visit, I'll definitely be back to Ipstones there is more to see.
