is sat is important for europ scholerships ? i know i dont need sat for applying , but does my sat score boost up my chances to get scholerships in europe?

Bad advice to just pick a letter for all the ones you don't know. You may be able to eliminate one or two answers. You should go through and put in the semi guessed ones and come back to the total guesses last.

Also dont mess up with your name when singing up for the exam lol. My friend has the letter J in his name but it's spelled with Zh in his passport. When he went to take the exam they told him that his score might get canceled bcuz his name didn't match. But he got lucky and received the grade

Only thing not really applicable is the skip and keep going, since part of the SAT is now adaptive.
