Scubapro has the worst, inaccessible customer service. I've had everything from their computers to bcd's....all had problems within 6 months, well within warranty, and had to route back through the original diveshop where it took a LONG time for returning . When I actually tried contacting them directly, they were incredulously rude and tried to place blame on operator error...despite countless returns from the diveshop on that product. Do your own research.
