My Dr. injected perpendicular into the sole of my heel, I wonder why if this is not an approach that you recommend.

What kind of this injection ?

I suffered from this for quite some time,. Injection melts it away but I'm a heavy walker / jogger . Many treatments did not heal it. Finally, I got rid of it in my own way . My mom calls it Rakasha Vaidhya. But, it worked and 10 yrs free of PF.

I recently had both feet done (2week difference) the left hurt way more and the injections were done from the sides (medial)! Very painful!!! To the point where I was contemplating on not getting the right foot done! My doc used a cold spray this time on the right and injected the sole directly and it wasn't anywhere near as painful as the left!
