ОтветитьInsane!!!
you're awesome teaching sir, step by step been turning to easy.
Regards!
Does anyone know the guitar tomo has in this video?
ОтветитьI discovered Ichika Nita though Tim Henson only days ago. Which returns me to Tomo, and which is way above my level. But it feels like we are returning to classical and jazz playing. Some of Henson's playing reminds me of Brazilian jazz and the percussive stuff reminds me of Conlon Nancarrow's prepared piano. Which is sort of how he composes it. Yet it feels classical. Ichika Nito, feels like a return to the 50s - 60s jazz guitarists. But is there some Segovia in there, too? I'd be interested in hearing Tomo situate their playing within classical and jazz history. Thanks for the wonderful introduction to his style.
Ответитьthat 251 sounds gospel i love it
ОтветитьTomo the PPPP videos recently were my first experience of just how amazing and unique your playing and phrasing is. I’m ready to listen to you. You said it perfectly, “if you can’t do this, you can’t go outside, you have to stay inside”. I’ve played too long to not have this down.
Fun story I got out of prison in 2012 and got invited by a fellow inmate to a small little festival in Virginia in November and PPPP were playing and it was a great first experience.
Thank you Jackie Chan. 🙂
ОтветитьWell Done!
ОтветитьThankyou sensei
ОтветитьThanks Sir Tomo!
I am very exciting when I watch any video of you. You are a master in teaching and playing guitar.
Thanks for inspiration that you bring to everyone.
Is he tuned down a half step?
Ответитьare you familiar with chon or mario camerena? these guys plus ichika and tim henson are the modern virtuoso guitarists, they’re all incredible
ОтветитьSounds like just the 2 of Us
ОтветитьThe best tutorial ever. Thanks sensei
ОтветитьHow can i found secondary dominant?
ОтветитьI want that tshirt XD
ОтветитьI feel like I can tackle this with your breakdown.
ОтветитьEssentially he is playing jazz improvisations with neo soul influences in the technique. Lovely sounding and I'm glad we have reached a point where all styles of guitar are accessible and popular to learn not just "shred" although I do love that as well
ОтветитьI envy every student that learned under tomo. He is such a fun and comprehensive teacher.
Ответитьeasily played his style
ОтветитьI like how guitarist are just a bunch of people complimenting each other but having low hopes in theirself
ОтветитьHahaha this is sun and moon chord progession, or just the two of us haha
ОтветитьI missed the point where it starts sounding like Ichika?
ОтветитьDo you offer a guitar course online?
Ответитьreally enjoy your style . Well done sir
Ответить"just the two of us" with some added embellishments
ОтветитьWish I could learn from you personally
Ответитьwe need a ichika nito and tomo fujita collab
ОтветитьIt might not be the technical shredding super speed tutorial, but how you explained the chord progression and music theory are out of this world. OMG uncle Tomo you are too good, so inspiring. Thank you so much.
ОтветитьThis is a cool lesson in general, but far from what ichika plays, you’ll need to add a lot of levels
ОтветитьThis chord progression is the same as the song 'just the two of us' by Bill withers
Ответитьgoing to take lesson from you soon, but first i need to improve to make the right questions
ОтветитьCan someone please give me the chords during the strumming?🥲
ОтветитьDude, i was looking for this a couple days ago, and de algorithm did a great job, thanks!
ОтветитьHi Tomo thank you so much! I was trying to learn an Ichika song called Illusory sense and i realised that I don't quite understand how his songs are built up. It's a really big help to watch you dissect his style. I agree that if we try to mimic him that may be very difficult. It's fantastic to understand the type of chord progressions he uses . Thank you so much for your help ! :) This was so helpful Tomo
ОтветитьFirstly this doesn't sounds like ichika at all, secondly this would be better if you learn some of ichika's songs and breakdown it like rick beato did, and finally this is sounds more like jazz comping to me, while ichika is a guitarist that combine math rock with classical music.
ОтветитьThank you very much Tomo,
Really interesting video
Sounds like Brazilian Bossa Nova somehow...
Ответитьチュートリアルありがとうございます! 役に立ちました
ОтветитьIs your guitar tuned differently Here? Maybe Its Not, im Just confused cause at one Point you Said g minor 7 but it Looks to me Like youre on the 2nd fret. Thanks for the great Video!
Ответитьyou got talent at four sides, give more to think than any person, tks for share
ОтветитьGuys, i decided to lock in in both drawing and guitar, every day i have time ill train both and as soon as i get my goal which is to achieve the skill ichika has and to make my own riffs/songs with the same funky/japanese jazzy vibes ill update this comment and explain how i did get there
ОтветитьI know all of these, but i think I need to learn the kinds of music he learnt before writing these songs he is publishing.
Great video, really high value.
I don't want to be him, i want to express myself via chord solos
Wow Tomo, this is one of your best videos yet. I'm going to study up more on Guitar Wisdom but this lesson was critically inspirational for me. I've been feeling uninspired and frustrated with my progress. But watching you break down this lesson with your insight and humor, really helped personally. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Tomo ❤. God bless you and keep up the good work. 🎸🎸🎼
