12 chicken pieces set in a bath of water with Garlic Powder, Onions Powder, Star Anise, 10 Peppercorns, 1 1/2 tablespoons Salt, Cinnamon Stick- set in fridge overnight.
In a wok or large fry pan add:
2 tablespoons Butter
3 tablespoons Coconut Oil
Melt
Add 3 large onions cut in length
Fry till golden brown, stain from oli , set aside
Leave oil in wok add to it:
2 Bay Leaves
4 Cardomon seeds
1 stick Cinnamon broken in chunks
10 Peppercorns
2 to 3 Star Anise
Add strained Chicken from water bath and brown
Add:
1 1/2 tsp Tumeric
1 1/2 to 2 tblsp Chili Powder
2 tablespoons ground gram Marsala
1 tsp Cummin
1 tblsp Garlic Powder
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
1 can Coconut Milk
1 1/2 tblsp Tomato Paste
In a blender add:
All fried Onions
4 tblsp Sour Cream
1 more can Coconut Milk
Then add all of it to the wok.....
Simmer it all for 40 minutes to 1 hour on med heat stirring occasionally
Serve over Cauliflower Rice and Enjoy!!! Its worth the effort folks👩🍳
