Continuous And Never-Ending Improvement
Thank you so much for this video! I really needed to hear this 🙂
ОтветитьThank you so much, this video touched my heart
ОтветитьThat second point is so key. You gotta realize that each one of us lives complex lives and that we should not fixate on the mistakes we made that supposedly affect the way strangers' view us because they won't be thinking about us in a day or two.
ОтветитьI promise Ima thank you once I lve made it where I want to be... I highly appreciate these videos...
ОтветитьOverthinking will sabotage our success. If you think it is right just take actions.
ОтветитьWhat a wonderful insights on overcoming self-doubt. Dreams does not come with any expiration date. So break-free yourself from your own self doubt and manifest your dreams into a reality. We send you tons of positive energies that will transform your self doubt into self-confidence.
ОтветитьEmbracing the self doubt and planning for it really opened my eyes! Thanks for such insight!
ОтветитьThis does contain quite alot of good tips in helping for this, have been struggling with self doubt in the past and even saw some new tips in here.
Ответить"We overestimate what we can achieve in one year, but underestimate what we can achieve in ten years."
ОтветитьUnfortunately, overthinking can hold us back!
ОтветитьThe analogy of the ship and the crew was so helpful ! Thank you for your wisdom !
ОтветитьAny tips for when a person lists their fears and there is a possibility of death or illness?
ОтветитьI think you got No1 backwards. I find big chunky goals intimidating and I'm less likely to do them. I find small elements of a more conceptual chunky goal far less intimidating and easier to get on with.
ОтветитьYou don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great!
ОтветитьI think the imposter part and self doubt is very relatable to me :(
ОтветитьI wish we could be as good as you are - maybe one day💪💪💪💪 🤩 Great video - very motivating. "Gain control of our crew members" - love it👍👍👍
ОтветитьGreat video, Thank you. :-)
Ответитьlove your content guys! Always inspires me
ОтветитьThank you for making these videos, this is such a great channel. The illustrations really help you digest the information 👍🏻
ОтветитьI appreciate your videos a lot
ОтветитьThank you, I rlly needed this video, gave me great insight. Now I feel much more confident in myself in regards to overcoming my insecurities
ОтветитьThe explanation of the quote in the beginning of this video problem is a great example of the exact problem with advice/motivation videos like this. This judgemental attitude. When people use “laziness” and “lack of motivation” as some of their catch-all explanations for most people’s problems this is what happens. An overthinker overthinks EVERYTHING, not just things that are generally perceived as intimidating. Because it’s a MENTAL HEALTH issue not because they only avoid “hard” things. It’s over-anxiety. I promise you an over thinker isn’t “just jumping in the car” to go to the beach where there are FAR more people and where people show more of their body than the gym. Crikey
ОтветитьBeen doing this since before I watched this video and I can say from first hand experience this works.
ОтветитьI love #2 🤯
Ответитьi...im gonna....IM GONNA DEBONK MYSELF AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
ОтветитьYour written quotes disappear too fast
ОтветитьThank you so much. I needed to hear this

ОтветитьIf you can't journal, take the phrase, "I can't," out of your vocabulary.
ОтветитьSelf-doubt is the gluttony of unbelief!
ОтветитьThank u🥰
ОтветитьI don't know why anyone did not mention this but he is literally saying some amongus stuff at the end of the video LOL.
ОтветитьNothing changes if nothing changes
ОтветитьThanks for the video
ОтветитьNeed to listen to this video everyday (I usually listen to your videos while taking a walk or doing my morning chores)
ОтветитьThank you. Wonderfully presented!
ОтветитьThank you. GOD bless
ОтветитьThank you for this.
ОтветитьI need to remember to be confident.
ОтветитьThis is a great video!
ОтветитьI appreciate this video and the point about overthinking going to the gym verses “just” going to the beach.
ОтветитьThank you!!!!! Wow!! Everything I needed and will listen daily.
ОтветитьAutomatically saved this to my favorites. Needed this right away. Thank you for this video.
Ответить7. The Other Two-Minute Rule : Instead of spending time thinking about an action, do it, even though you may think it will take awhile. This will build the momentum you will need to undertake the project, or at least give you a better understanding of it.
ОтветитьF*** You, emotions. 😄
ОтветитьThanks I watch this video before I attend job interviews. It heaps out a lot :) Wish me luck.
ОтветитьThis is a fantastic video
ОтветитьOverthinking is good but not if goes to analysis by paralysis. Overthinking is good, it gives you various outcomes so you are prepared. Only bad thing, it can be tiresome.
