There is no any technical proof by any rocketscience expert yet about this Putin’s claimed as ICBM test. There is no info from CIA that the missile was detected which means this hypersonic class missiles were fired ftom a very short distance from target. But what Russia probably knew by now is how accuracy they can acquire, which I think it would not easy for them to calibrate.
