Great show! I started investing in my own rentals a couple years ago. My intent is to completely replace my current income with rental income so that work becomes a choice, not a necessity. Once I meet that goal, I will be making twice what I do now and will have the freedom to really help others through mentoring, charities, etc. If you are a property manager and not investing, I highly recommend getting started!
