I have used to like them so much I watched a lot of there free classes and I remember in the quarintine I was very down and wanted to get my life together but the course was for 500$ and I am a highschooler so I wrote to them for a scholarship and they accepted and I was very happy and honestly I appreciated a lot. But 2 or 3 days in (I was in the book of life program) I felt like it was kind of a cult I am sorry to say this I really liked them and they have other programs that are super good like the one jim kwick makes but this one was talking about how to improve the 12 aspects of your life and live the dream and have everything you want. Okay so first of all I believe I can’t have everything I want and I know it so they were like trust us 100% to work and if you didn’t you are going to fail, he (I don’t remember his name) started every video with “do you feel like you have a very bad life… and if this is you this is your place” I was like no I am only 17 all I care about is having good grades. Secondly he made this course 30 years ago and all he does is play the recording, like do you want to convince me you figured your life out at the age of 20 and lived the best life possible and you don’t have any additional value or lesson you want to add from the 30 years experience like where is the growth? .
And I showed it to my friend and she agreed with me I felt it was kind of a scam somehow like he said things my mom tells me all the time maybe my mom is super wise but not for 500$. Maybe he helped a lot of people to make a better life but I think it’s bad to tell people that all their life lies between their hands and they can have a perfect life, because life is not meant to be like a straight line it’s supposed to be up and downs all the time and it’s normal can we just appreciate what we have and learn and grow at ghe same time but with the right mindset. This was my experience with them maybe if I continued I would’ve had a different opinion but I didn’t want to be brainwashed, and the things they said you could’ve figured it out with thinking and trying no need to pay this much for it . And one more thing who wants to help people make them pay this much. They gave me a scholarship thanks for them a lit that’s helping I guess but the price definitely you can start a new skill it would be better.

The community is the part of Mindvalley that is the strangest. They say it helps with commitment. Personally, I always did their programs at my own pace. There is a lot of bullshit, but there is a lot of pure damn gold in there. I had an experience where two RTT sessions online (that was for free too, if somebody is interesting I can find a link) literally healed my trauma that I had for about 7 years. I am 15 now and still have a LOT to learn, but that experience made me trust Mindvalley. I am starting the 10X program now (I am also pretty experienced in training but had to make almost a year worth of rest because of a hernia) and I am interested how it will go. Honestly I am a little skeptical because I always trained a lot, obviously not just twice a week for half an hour (I know they say 15-20 minutes but that is too short for the warm up and training), but I am interested to try. I trust them, but I often feel like it is a cult as well. You have to be cautious with Mindvalley, but if you are able to see through the bullshit it is completely amazing. Although I would say it is not for everyone, since some people are just not ready to practice meditations or try out new things which look dubious (for example my mom is following a few programs, but my dad has not found himself in any of them and thus has not watched a single thing from Mindvalley). If you want to start, you should watch the Marisa Peer`s RTT masterclass first (it is free and you may get some benefits as I did). If you cannot find it anywhere just say it as an answer of this comment since I have the link saved somewhere, I am just not really enlightened to look for it if there is nobody who would watch. All in all, Mindvalley is worth it, but you have to be careful. That is all from me
