M4 MacBook Pro is a GAME CHANGER for EVERYONE!

I’m hoping to get an XR tho

Going from a MBP 15” 2013 to this one. So I am excited… and the only reason is due to the fact that mine doesnt get MacOS updates anymore.

RAM > M chips.

A nice upgrade but not a gamechanger for me. A game changer for this would be a iPad Pro level touchscreen with OLED and a MacOS with iPadOS level touchscreen capabilities. For me not at all asking too much. Personally though for me, if Apple would give us a MacOS level iPadOS for the iPad Pro that would be the game changer I am totally looking for. If that happened I would take back every rotten thing I ever said about Apple.

I have M1 pro and M3 pro books and they perform almost the same in most situations, so this can't be a game changer. Just another M chip.

Did the M1 MacBook Pro really "suck"? Far from it! The M1 Max is still a powerhouse that can handle anything even the most advanced users can throw at it. When comparing workflow times, you're looking at just seconds of difference.. maybe 90 seconds tops for 8K video exports. I've run side-by-side tests between my M1 and the new M3, and the difference is barely noticeable. The M1 Max is so efficient and the fan rarely even kicks in, it's still a beast of a machine in 2024, even when compared to the latest models.

can you make a video about ssd failures of macs, and that failure makes the whole computer useless. i mean at least the ssd should have been a changeable component.

So is it more of a game changer than the M4 iPad Pro? The bottleneck isn’t cpu, its ram. My M1 Mac is still insanely fast, but lacks memory.

Honestly, I'm starting to get a bit bored with Apple. I switched over when the M1 came out and even upgraded to an M3 MacBook Pro, but I’m still holding on. Lately, though, I'm feeling tempted to switch back to Windows and becoming more interested in what's happening in the Windows space

I havent seen anything in this video that makes it a game changer for me personally , its definitely going to be one for some but not for me as far as i can tell, Im running an M3 Max 14inch MacBook Pro with 16 cpu and 40 gpu cores and 64 gbs of memory ... Maybe the M4 Max will be a game changer but honestly....my M3 Max was a game changer and probably more than enough.

its an iterative update, probably a decent bump if you upgrade from the M1 but honestly the Maxed out M1 is still an amazing laptop for 97% of laptop users.

Having iPad Pro M4 with this new Magic keyboard with macbook-like haptic trackpad feels very much like a laptop. Except with tandem OLED and touch screen which macbooks don’t have. Im more excited with m4 mb air to upgrade from m2 air.

The only reason to get the M4 is if you have a 14” M1,2,3 and you want a 16”. Thats it!

Bought an Asus G16 OLED instead, but once Macbook gets OLED then it will be a game changer for me personally.

MiniLED is nice but very slow pixel response time. Thats why it suffers from ghosting.

Macs are a piece of 💩. My biggest mistake was to switch from windows to mac book . Mac book is the shi**iest thing u can ever own not at all worth ur hard earned money. Rather get a windows pc with a good graphic card and specs. Thankyou.🤮🤮

It feels like we won’t have the new Mac Book Pro M4 until January2025. The M1 was released in Nov 2020: M2 In Jan 2022: M3 in Nov 2023, so why would we get the M4 3 months early out of cycle?

So are you talking about the base m4 macbook, or the macbook m4 with the m4 pro chip, you are confusing me. Because Macbook M3 Pro with M3 pro chip comes with 18 gb standard RAM i thought?

apple is at a risk since new intel 258v and AMD AI x370 chips are out which are actually really really good.
