The amazing and unique sight of vintage buses dating from 1932 to 1981 on the move!

This was the first convoy of the former Ensignbus Vintage Fleet - now owned again by the Newman Family privately - heading down the A13 near Pitsea after leaving their Purfleet home for the final time.
The convoy:
Southend Transport AEC Routemaster/Park Royal 543 CLT;
Southend Transport Leyland Fleetline/Northern Counties MRJ 233W;
London Transport AEC Regent III/Cravens JXC 194;
Southdown 1937 Leyland Tiger/Harrington DUF 179;
Jersey/JMT 1932 Leyland Titan TD2/Leyland J 6332/6332 J;
St Helens AEC Regent III RT/Park Royal BDJ 807;
London Transport AEC Routemaster/Park Royal VLT 25.

These have been taken to storage locations for the time being, ahead of a new home for them.

Filmed for me by Mark Graves, with thanks (as I was busy with still camera).

With thanks to Peter Newman, Lee Hitchcock and Peter Sibley.
