Hello Karl, re the mulberries - there's a white type and a black type.

And cheese from the cows. My Indian inlaws made their own cheese and ghee from their own cows, and they kept a bull in a separate paddock was was brought to do his duty once a year, I liked the way the calves got to stay with their mothers until they were quite big and it was the mother cow who decided when to wean her babies. Unlike here in NZ where the calves are lucky to spend even one day with their mums. Poor babies and their distressed mothers.
