ОтветитьI bought some shrimp and crab ravioli and I was looking for a sauce that would compliment them I was looking for a lemon cream sauce but I'm scared I'll curdle it so I may try your garlic spinach sauce 😄

ОтветитьI would do the intro with a collage of your best bits and keep that music (playing throughout in the bkgd), rather than retool it each segment. Repetition is Identification. One other thing, pull the camera back, you're too tight on you. You've got a good channel. Cheers.

Shells was a great choice I use Buccatini to it really gets the flavor on there or the saice just like when you make Carbonara cannot go wrong with Buccatini either. Great Channel 👍
ОтветитьSince i dont like flour and milk in my sauce thats what I had done - use cream & cheese; when I made white sauce veggies first time out of curiosity and glad to see someone else prefers that too 🤍🤍 i used white pepper powder instead and thats sharp and I used garlic & herbs butter by Amul . I am from India

ОтветитьFor anyone who was missing out on Heavy Cream like I was, let me run you through with an alternative:
(This is half of the size he cooked)
Prep:
250g pasta
30g Parmesan, freshly grated
4 cloves of garlic (crushed or minced)
How to make HEAVY CREAM substitute:
47g of butter (1/4 cup).
Melt in microwave.
Get 178ml of milk (3/4 cup).
Finally, add both and microwave again or else it’ll CLUMP.
Add 8g of flour to thicken it.
Sauce:
7ml olive oil
7g butter
Melt together.
Add garlic, saute for 1min.
Add 40ml chicken broth.
Boil.
Add 200ml of the “heavy cream.”
High boil, than reduce low simmer for 6-8 minutes.
Mix:
Mix the pasta with the sauce, then finally add the Parmesan.

ОтветитьJust made this, I added some cherry tomatoes I blistered in some olive oil for 3 minutes on a medium high heat first. INCREDIBLE and adds some freshness and acidity to cut through the richness of the sauce.

ОтветитьI've adapted the recipe for a pasta with onions simmered in white wine, and one thing I wanna say for anyone who's here to experiment - keep it VERY light on the chicken stock or forget it altogether, the sauce benefits greatly from keeping it simple. Just the butter, garlic, cream and pepper are enough, especially if you're adding more salt later on.
