Honestly his 99% of movies are actually good but thats the thing, they are just good nothing to be excited about or hyped up for and that's the problem, as him being one of the big names of bollywood there are huge expectations from him to deliver something great, something exceptional where Ajay devgan actually delivers with dhrusham, tanaji, shaitan, maidaan (which is really underrated btw) while Akshay has also done all these genres with pruthviraj, gold, cutputli but the quality of the movie and the conviction is totally missing these are the movies you'll watch once like it and thats it they never stays with you, unlike his previous movies on social issues like padman and toilet, comedy movies welcome and priyadarshan movies, spy movies like baby and even bell bottom which actually stayed with you and the only reason that happened is because he had conviction to make a good movie but now he just do it as a 9 to 5 job to earn money
