Fun fact! Willem Dafoe joined the EDSA revolution, one of the largest peaceful rally of people to remove a dictator in power, in the Philippines. As a Filipino I can't thank him enough to be part of one of the most important chapter of our history, as well as for his contribution in the film industry. What a guy!

Willem DaFoe is a consummate actor. He seems to LIVE it. Every time I see him, I'm struck by how Journeyman he sees his craft. A highly skilled workman. Not a high Falutin' Artisan
