She could have taken the plea deal with the time served already what 5 or 6 yrs, and early parole, she would have had to do on a few more years and be out, but she thought she would pull the rejection of lawyers for years and just walk out

There is someone covering her Family Court letters. I guess Sarah had cancer a couple of years ago according to her letters to the judge. She is just as scathing to the family court judge. Satan, I mean Sarah wants her husband to still pay alimony.😅

in my opinion I think he got in the suitcase on his own because they were drunk and it was funny, but then she threw him down the stairs and hit him with the bat while he was in the suitcase. And at some point, hit his hand with the bat also, that was the part I felt was the most cruel. he almost saved himself, but Sarah wasn't having that

I do think she knocked him out with the bat and put him in the suitcase and threw him down the stairs..when he woke up saying where am I where am I she said you're in a suitcase and he said stop playing around I can't breathe and then he kept saying it and she decided to start recording because she was getting to say all her bullshit while he couldn't breathe and only say " I can't breathe" because it always sounded like Jorge thought she was kidding at first.

Maybe she knocked him down the stairs while hitting him with the bat. Maybe she was mad because he was going to pack his suitcase and leave her. Maybe he got knocked out going down the stairs and maybe she dragged him into the suitcase leaving the scratches on his back from the zipper on the suitcase. Then maybe she hit him through the suitcase while also verbally abusing him.

As they are getting ready to read the verdict, Sarah has a little smile on her face and she's moving around like "I don't need to pay attention because I KNOW it's not guilty." Then then the guilty was read, she froze and her chin dropped along wither her shoulders .... She was definitely shocked.

Sorry, but I have to disagree that she didn't intend to end Jorge's life. I believe he took out HIS suitcase to pack it up and get out of there.... (He told his brother he intended to leave). How many times have we heard of an NPD DV abuser husband ending the life of his wife/girlfriend/fiance when she finally gets the courage to say, "I'm leaving" or "I want a divorce." That's what happened here, but Sarah -- the cunning manipulator -- gaslit everyone by repeating "NOT intentional" 48 times. It's so obvious -- she m***dered him in cold blood and when she couldn't lift the suitcase to get rid of his body and Brian wouldn't help her, she had to quickly come up with Plan B, but she's a terrible liar.
