ОтветитьDo you take the skin off first, or do you eat it or eat around it? I made a different paya soup last year and I defrosted the paya and cut all of the skin off. It was a lot of work. I will be happy if I really do not have to remove the skin. Paya soup is incredibly delicious!❤
