why are you using a altimeter for mesuring the altitude and not the accelerometer

The drop in elevation on your graph will be due to the pressure change within the capsule when the ejection charge is fired.(that sets the explosion off) the increase I pressure will simulate a pressure closer to that of ground level 1000mb
