2023 Fitness Planner Set Up | Fitness Notebook

Thanks for showing us how you decorated the fitness skinny classic. I was wondering how that would work without prompts or pre-decoration.

I love what you have! I'm feeling inspired to setup my own Fitness planner. I like the idea of using the skinny classic for daily things but the journaling, trackers, goals, etc. being separated. I have a long list of areas in my life that use my planners to track and having too many things in my Frankenplanner isn't ideal. You gave me the idea to create specific "bibles" for certain areas. I'm going to create one for Fitness/Wellness, Financial, Spiritual, and Reading. That should help a lot! Thank you for the inspiration!

Yes to this! I've been eyeing the fitness planner and Hobby Lobby has it on sale right now. Lol also, I feel you on the fast food. I'm a full-time student and a mama, there's literally no time! Loved this video ❤

I love your fitness planner setup. I am not familiar with the Happy Planner. I bought Casey Ho's (Blogilates) Fitness planner and it was too much for me. I need something simple.
