Great video with excellent ideas! Do you have any tips on identifying your niche market? I run group classes, e.g., kickboxing, and my current students include stay-at-home moms, college students, and working professionals. As such, it's a little difficult to identify a specific niche market for such classes. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

There's nothing wrong with having multiple niche markets. Just make sure that you market to each of them in the way that resonate with them the most.

What about boxing gyms and martial arts studios? I run a boxing/kickboxing taekwondo studio and I have students from 5-52. My goal is to provide a safe place for everyone in the inner city, kids to manchilds. With a focus on self improvement and self defense. We train women and really want to empower young women with kickboxing lessons that focus on fat burning. Idk
