ОтветитьDefinitely massive improvement I waited 2months for my csl dd, my friend order his last week and arrived 1 week later he received confirmation tracking etc which I received none so seems like there’s big changes already
ОтветитьFocus on the customer service, actually I reported the damaged DD base and I am waiting 5 weeks now. Nobody contacted me. The base is still under warranty. Never again. next week I am going to report this case to the European Consumer Centre in Germany

Really looking forward to seeing some high end pedals. If they can come out with a set on par with the latest and greatest stuff I will buy a Podium level pedal set day one.
Hoping that distrbution improves. A lot of us in Asia would love to own a fanatec wheel and support.
ОтветитьI placed an order in Australia, on the day of the buyout. I was told weeks ago that my order is shipping to the warehouse and as such I cannot claim a refund. My queries online are never answered adequately. I'm just 3 hours away from the Fanatec warehouse in Australia. I'm beginning to think the product I ordered is still in Germany, as Fanatec au cannot provide any further details. Running out of patience, and feeling like I've been scammed out of my money. Existing order must be given your first priority, the brand name is taking a big hit over this.
ОтветитьI owned fanatec equipment for 2 years and general liked the gear but they lost me after ive noticed they wouldn't improve their software features.
Every other brand has customizable "soft bump" settings on their dd bases and even default ones feel way better then fanatecs, and drifting on a fanatec wheel you get into cases where you very easily go from lock to lock of the wheel and the wheel would frequently overshoot and you have to bring the wheel back until you start moving it again.
This was so annoying and on their forums they said they were going to implement that for 2-3 years and this year they again stated it wouldn't be done forn1-2 more years.
At that point I was done and moved everything to simmagic.

ОтветитьFinally got into Fanatec after about 8 weeks of waiting. They responded to my latest email in a day and replied and sent me out a new PCB in australia in 3 days.
Hopefully it’s a return to some great products at reasonable pricing.
We need KR69 Rally wheel.

ОтветитьLet's hope he will let Fanatec do what the company does best and try to make corrections on support, and new product presentation times and announcements.
Also what about the rest product's of the Podium line (pedals -shifters - handbrakes )
And people are waiting years for the next Clubsport pedals.
The other companies took Fanatec's innovations and surpassed it. Fanatec should be back on top again.
I imagine this will be very much future focused, big plan, which is not to be sniffed at. However many us have bought and paid for defective products, will Corsair take that on and be proactive? Forum support is, prickly, borderline rude at the moment. Kicking the can down line is the defacto stance. I have a product (Podium Rally Module) that on console exclusively doesn't work with Fanatec seq shifter. Fanatec are a major major rally sponsor. Rally is a flagship seq shift sport. Somehow the only wheel they sell that disables their own seq shift is their flagship rally product... Many moons after ignoring reports they acknowledged this and advised they had it fixed, just needed to test and release. Anyway I'm now 97 years old and the promised fix disappeared like tears in the rain. Bought November 23, took until May 24 before acknowledging AND confirming they'd figured it out, just needed test+release. Now it's the year 2025 as a 'maybe' subject to whether they can be bothered
