i verified this video about crepuscular and determined that tenacious bond is not additive to crepuscular but will appear functionally additive in most purposes.
crepuscular belongs in the same bracket as cold but debuff vs conditional difference means that like dagath it can double dip onto xata while cold/puncture/sevagoth cannot.

because i dont have r5 crepuscular this video, using r1, demonstrates that it is probably capable of damage capping grineer demo with just viral status.
for better context, the video demonstrates a xata crit multi of 22-25, when r5 should represent 50-57 (not factoring in the partial cd double dip)
factoring in the double dip, then this at the minimum entails a crit multiplier of at least 11,688 when considering mods and stuff (riven not factored in)
if we somehow got a nearly maxed riven containing cc cd then that can jump up to 25,000+ multi from crit.

this also demonstrates that the wiki page is incorrect on covenant not being multiplied

the riven i am using in this video is negative to grineer which lowers the potential of the xata instance by a small margin. shade is also not equipped with its ambush. i don't think it needs to be explained any further because its self explanatory on how effective this set up is.
this was initially supposed to be a test to see how deadly maneuvers interacted with the moa weakspot trick but the mod is specific to headshots so i was bored enough to try harrow xata instead.
