Bending your back too much on leg raises is literally a sciatica speedrun. Push your back into the back rest to keep your back straight and your spine properly aligned or you will injure yourself sooner or later

You need to do more if you want a core like this gentleman. Aside from needing to have a rock-bottom total body fat percentage, you also need to be doing oblique exercises. Rotations and twists.

I do is decline sit-ups I literally have a 12 pack all this making it look hard is bollocks the old way do them
All in a row frank Zane did sit-ups for 15 mins!
My record is 360 decline

Awesome physique though and I’m old skool AF and think the old basic way made people look better don’t need all this just basic

I love the way you do cable pulldowns. It's also the correct way of doing ab wheel, I show it here, no it's not an advertisement, I'm just a fat burnout c:


You could also add trunk rotation, isolating them with slower tempo machine trunk rotations is good, or doing axe chop mimics with a band are also absolutely fantastic as an active exercise for them.

The serratus anterior will get minimal growth from ab exercises. The reason for this is their biomechanical function of stabilizing overhead movements, anyone who does enough barbell OHP knows what I mean.


Isolating the serratus anterior is hyper extending front raises, like Arnolds front raises.


You're doing well and you can do even better. I like the Zyzz sounding music but not hyper Zyzz.
