Brought wagon r 1.2 only for highway and long distance and it's way too awesome, much more powerful than swift because power to weight ratio of wagon r 1.2 is greater than swift, its pick up is so quick, so no problem in hilly areas and long distance travelling, plus 5 people can sit comfortably with lots of space and 341 bootspace as far as looks is concerned it look simple and straight forward much better than old wagon r in fact totally different than old wagon R, and not at all boxy.....

For long drive which is best ? Swift or wagen r? I wanted to take for Rental and i will be going for long drive, 7 to 9 hours stretch. Iam concern only about Comfort for my family during long drive

Hi brother, when you compare any car please compare top model vrs top model...here you compare wagonr standard with Swift top model,which is no way compare to swift....but when it comes to wagonr 1.2 it is the best compare to swift.

The wagon R 1.2 ofcourse . One change I have done , changed the front seats now I have a height adjustable seat with adjustable headrests .
Changed the headlights .

Upto 90 km/hr no problem of stability in wagonr. At curves you should decrease speed but not much, at 60-70 it's stable there also. For long travel wagonr is better as seating, space and practicality make ride tireless. I drove my wagonr 1.2 zxi many times more than 650km in a single stretch without any discomfort with my family total of 5. In my experience it's the best car for middle class family including long drives. No problem in pickup and speedy overtaking.
