I’ll say it again. People may not like it. We may not like it. But it really feels like there’s definitely a case against Diddy for DV, maybe even a lighter one for STrafficking, but the RICO case etc? I don’t think so. This is the weakest “FED case” I’ve ever seen in my lifetime. It doesn’t make him innocent of all the other ish, but if we’re being open and honest, the RICO part of all of this is extremely flimsy at best.

While I hate Diddy and think he is a horrible human being in every way, I don't think he will be convicted for trafficking. The reality is that the burden of truth is very high for this charge and I don't think he will meet that burden of truth. Sadly, I am not sure he will be convicted on any of the three counts. Racketeering could get him, but I don't think they have shown that in court. To make things worse, almost none of the government's witnesses wanted to testify or be there. It's not that they have not been good witnesses, its just that they don't want to be doing this. Fingers crossed he gets jail time for something, but the government really went the wrong path with these charges.

Jane should not get the benefit of the doubt, not only because she doesn't sound credible and seemed like a willing participant but most importantly because the burden of proof is on the prosecution so if there is ever benefit of the doubt to be given, it should always favor the defendant. If there is two explanations to one story, then by definition, the jury should assume the version favorable to the defendant. That's literally what reasonable doubt is. That's how our system works. Not a fan of Diddy and def dont think he didn't coerce them but it just does not rise to the charges he got indicted on. It's crazy how many people are completely ignorant of our justice system

I think the points the defense made are twisted to make it look like the women was crazy and a good digger. But when someone literally has to control you through money and drugs. That's not love, it's abuse. Either the ones commenting that Cassie and Jane are in the wrong, goes to show you haven't dealt with DV in your life. Whoever thinks it's love or whatever, has no compassion and is delusional just like Did-he.

This is all an example of what trafficking and coercion look like. Many traffickers start out making it look like a relationship then use this, drugs, and or violence to coerce the victim into doing what they want… ie> sex with others.

I am in school for psychology and intent to pursue phd. And even I full stopped when she announces shes on Only Fans after he didnt want her to be. This isnt too say she isnt a victim. But there are stark differences between her and cassie. Child/adult. Cassie ran to a trainer for safety because he would protect her while Jane ran to OF and chooses not to pay off the bills despite being able to. There IS a level of materilism here. Whether I want to see it or not. For this reason the defense will win against prosecution on Jane but not Cassie. I might not have picked Jane for trying to prove trafficking. In addition to a way to further control or isolate them by limiting their options due to the shame that typically results, his refusal to let the women assert bodily autonomy by using protection also points to a special kind of hatred and deliberate malice reserved for the victims to make them more captive and brought to mind Jonathan Oddi. Prior to any of these revelations, Oddi was taken into custody by federal agents for a shooting incident at one of DJT’s properties wherein he began telling the authorities that he was Cassie and Mr. Combs “s&x slave” and claimed that they gave him HSV-1 or HSV-2. His claims of being s&xually involved with Cassie and Mr. Combs initially seemed far-fetched, however some of his claims were reportedly corroborated by Cassie later.
