Your videos are so helpful! Thanks.
ОтветитьI like flicking through r/HFY on t
reddit ; lots of good fun writing in some of those sub-reddits, but not too long.
Thank you for another helpful video. I can relate to all of the points you make - I also found that i had difficulty having fun for the sake of fun - it had to be "meaningful" otherwise I couldn't justify it to myself. Looking back this was nonsense!
ОтветитьThanks for this video Dr. Rami . Much appreciated . I'll keep this in mind 🙌
ОтветитьThank you for sharing your talent and knowledge Dr Rami.
ОтветитьMany thanks for HELPFUL lecture!
ОтветитьI'm precisely in this situation. Thanks for the insight.
ОтветитьJust wanted to say thanks again! Since starting to work my way through your Depression playlist less than two months ago, I'm getting things done, feeling SO MUCH better, and I'm finally back at work after more than a year! You have given me my life back and I am so grateful.
ОтветитьI appreciate your input and insights Sir 😊🙏✨
ОтветитьThanks for the video dr. Rami. This is strongly relate with me. I’m currently in ups and down of depression for nearly 7 years and I find no longer joy in activities I used to do.
But I’m in a dilemma right now, I used to enjoy playing games and part of the thoughts that keep me from ever touching it is because the fear of getting excessive hours spent on it, the rest is I don’t know maybe some research that says videogames are bad for you is what lingers around in my mind.
I need help. Can you share a thought or two?
Anyone also I don’t mind.
So it's kind of like having a business where your making sure that you take your profits and reinvest them into your business to make even more profit.
But instead, your taking regained energy and reinvesting it into yourself to regain even more energy.
You know, I like to use psychedelics like mushroom or ayahuasca to be more aware of myself, guidance and healing. They are a spiritual tool that I like to use and one of the messages I received from our universe was about getting out of the state of mind that I'm in. It's as easiy as taking the right turn. For example, what I saw in my minds eye was being in a maze and I've been in this maze lost for so long but it's because I keep on taking the wrong turn but the correct turn is near but I just keep on missing it. But now I know! You Sir, just gave me the directions. I'm excited to bring this to my therapist. ☺️
What a wonderful talk and advice 😍
Ответитьthis man is literally saving my life right now
ОтветитьHaving fun is a rare option when deeply depressed. It's part of why we stop seeking fun, because nothing is fun anymore. Actual pleasure or well being is a rare and fleeting feeling.
ОтветитьThanks . This helps ❤

ОтветитьDang. This is so me. Feel like my to do list never ends so I have to keep doing things that aren’t that fun.
ОтветитьThese videos are better than going to most therapists. You’re a blessing. Thank you.
ОтветитьNeeded to hear this. Thank you so much. You seem like you’re helping lots of people.
ОтветитьI know this is an older video but I go back to this when my depression gets worse. It’s so hard forcing myself to have fun but it does work sometimes. Thank you for your videos, they really help.
ОтветитьIf having fun isn’t fun, maybe I’m already doing it.
ОтветитьSomeone asked me what I do for fun.
It broke me with self realisation.
Fun died four years ago when I started wiping my self out on weed and pills to sleep the days away.
What is fun when you are in survival mode on the bare minimum daily.?
I'm going to go for more Bike Rides - Bit more nice Fitness - to move away from sadness.
