Do you have to have a license to fish from there?

This video was obviously filmed a couple of weeks ago before Hurricane Sally. May take a little time but I expect the fish park will be back to this state or better once everything can be fixed.

I was looking for your videos Greg I seen some others from this area shows this fish part tore all the pieces. They were filming under the bridge is this a recent video if it is it doesn't look that bad.
