We took a TDCP (TOURISM DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION OF PUNJAB) guided bus tour to the Moto Tunnel & Pipeline track. The guide was very knowledgeable & the driver was very expert.
MOTO TUNNEL
Its a historic passage dating back more than 130 years to the British colonial era, is situated within Ayubia National Park in Abbottabad District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. It was constructed in 1891 & got renovated ground up in 2020.

History
While excavating a pit for a plantation within Ayubia National Park in northern Pakistan, workers stumbled upon an unexpected discovery—a century-old British-era tunnel. The historical tunnel constructed in 1891, had been buried under a heap of refuse due to negligence. However, through efforts led by the Ministry of Climate Change the tunnel has been restored to its former magnificence. It was officially inaugurated on 29 October 2020.

The Moto Tunnel has been established as a cultural and heritage emblem. This restoration project was carried out under the umbrella of the Global Environment Facility and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Sustainable Forest Management initiative.

PIPELINE TRACK
This track was set up by the British during their rule over the Subcontinent, they set up water pipes just below the surface to provide fresh water to Murree & vicinity. These pipes can still be seen at some spots while trekking & i did manage to capture them in this vid.
Pipeline track is naturally scenic, while walking you get to see clouds, mist & fog at times on top of hills & at times below them also you see the fog burning off & the sunlight lighting up the valley presenting a spectacular view, i did manage to capture that in this vid.
There are lush green dense forests all around comprising of different types of trees & bushes, the air is very fresh & healthy. This track is very horizontal with no elevation gain so it's really easy to walk.
There are Leopards & wolves in the area but this track is frequented by visitors so there is no risk at all.
The most commonly seen birds are the Yellow Beaked Magpie (if you remember the cartoon Heckle & Jeckle then you know what a Magpie is), Red Blood and Yellow Body Finches, White Cheek or Crested Grey Finch and many other birds.
There is a gazebo to rest if one gets tired but there are no washrooms so be mindful to use them where ever you get a chance before you get on the track.
The track runs from Ayubia to Donga Gali & is about 3.5 km long & roughly takes about 40 to 50 minutes one way to complete for normal walkers & will take less for fast walkers. You must capture the scenic beauty of the place in the camera. It does not matter if it rains, snows or shine because the track will give you a different experience with changing weather.
