Behavioural Psychology and Conditioning - Simplest Explanation Ever

This is not a particularly scientifically accurate presentation. For example The references to Skinners claims that reinforcement is more effective than punishment were completely debunked and is now considered antiquated pseudoscience. For full details see the book punishment and aversive behavior, Ed. Campbell and church where it details all the errors skinner made and why his interpretations were either exaggerated or in some cases dead wrong. Of course we all want reinforcement to be more effective than punishment, but pretending it is, or using antiquated or inaccurate science to make the argument is just counter-productive.

Please what options are under behavioral psychology. I actually just wanna be a psychologist for children, teenagers maybe age 5 to 25.
