ОтветитьI'm so pleased that I finally found a stretch that truly works my IT bands! I am a naturally very flexible runner and yogi, so finding a position that really gets into my IT bands has been difficult. Those last two reclining poses with the wrapped strap did the job beautifully. Much thanks to you!
