ОтветитьAs an ex cabin crew member with Qatar Airways I would like to say that we were always treated like a number more then an employee.
I was redundant in october 2020 after working the whole pandemic risking my life going to destinations like new york, hongkong, rome and what not at that time.
I gave my 100 percent and was very thankful until I was called to the office without any reason and asked to go back. And on the contrary my flatmate and so many other crew who got stuck in their home country due to pandemic were called back by the company after 1 year. And by the way they were receiving their basic salary sitting at home. But crew who actually worked in those difficult times were asked to leave including me. Wow Qatar Airways👏🏼👏🏼. This is qatar airways. The best airline lol. So ungrateful towards their employees!
I will never fly Qatar airlines after reading them comments from staff and previous staff, disgusting treatment. Maybe if they had happy staff the service would improve a lot.

ОтветитьI have no removed Qatar Airlines from my preferred airline through my travel agency. Not because of a couple of bad flights, it happens at times. It’s your response to it and your lack of taking ownership.

ОтветитьMost airlines are like this. They are run by Xi Ping Pong corporates. Go to Indonesia and see how everyone is chosen based on corporate obedience, even to violate safety laws. Basically, people are not chosen primarily or secondarily for safety and procedures compliance but for obedience and corruption.
The only airline that abides by it is Air Asia and they are hated and harassed by the government because they comply and refuse to bribe.
I had flown QR KL-Doha-Houston on business class. I was terribly dissatisfied with the interaction with the staff. Not did I care much because it was mid flight and everyone could be synchronizing their body clock. On the return leg, they even forced one of the air stewardess to work despite her losing her voice. Terrible company. I also had bad experience with the customer service from Amman - Doha, where they screw me over with the flight schedule and yet im asked to pay for it. Everything is outsourced and hardly could get any proper customer support. Sam Tsui can stick it up his arse and I will never fly QR anymore

ОтветитьJust changed my mind about booking with them. my wife and I were looking forward to travelling in our retirement. We are still travelling, but we will avoid Qatar at all costs.

I have seen many of your reviews where you didn't like the experience but it felt justified and it felt like a "review"but Qatar's felt like an attack.

ОтветитьThis video confirms what I suspected was going on with QA. In 2022, just as flights were reopening post covid pandemic, QA wiped all frequent flyer points I had with them a week before I took a flight that would have re-qualified me for the points. These included points i paid cash for. I did contact them about it and requested if they can at least reinstate the points I paid for. It was declined, and they asked me to pay them again to have the points back- yes they did and I still have the email. It was daylight robbery from an airline that I raved about as truly world class pre covid pandemic. Something has clearly gone wrong at this airline management. More importantly the sad episode of strip searching Australian women passengers a few years ago was a death knell for this airline. They've lost my support and I won't be taking any of their flights again anytime soon.

ОтветитьQatar Airlines, no need to be antagonistic about Josh’s honest opinions about your company. It should be treated as constructive criticism for improvement to serve your customers with a much cherished experience flying with your Airlines. I certainly do not see his comments are in anyway insulting but for the betterment of your customers’ experience. It would be a great business reflection to remove the ban for Mr Cahill which will restore your otherwise great reputation for Qatar Airlines and your prestigious flight crew.

ОтветитьMy boys and I boarded their Q-Suites (MNL-DOH-LHR-DOH-MNL). I had a sickening experience with the flight attendant that made me lose my appetite from LHR-DOH. Never boarded Qatar since then. We will never ever board.
ОтветитьTotally agree, been a longtime customer of Qatar Airways and have to agree with the declined comfort level on Qatar Airlines economy class. Recently flew from Doha to USA, near zero elbow space on a 15 hour flight, that's between the seat and the window. Plane felt smaller somehow, unsure what changed? That being said, service was great end-to-end, bathrooms were kept very clean, overall the discomfort related to the space is not to ignore. I have booked next trip on Emirates Airlines, let's see how that goes.
ОтветитьThe quality of service has seriously declined........ First experience in 2022, I was abandoned at the airport 22 hours layover. I was not offered any respite despite paying premium for ticket. Recently, behavior was worse. I had to reschedule my flight. You can practically see the crew tried their best to be pleasant to passengers. apart from them. management appears terribly incompetent.
