If you’re new to my channel, my name is Ryan Schrope. I’m the founder of Fund to Freedom, a creative real estate movement built to fund real estate investments while also teaching people like you how to do the same. In 2024 I built 3 new businesses in the real estate investing space. My mission is to document my journey as I continue in hopes that it will inspire some of you to follow a similar path, regardless of your background.
Here's how I got here:
22 yrs old: Graduated University of Florida Magna Cum Laude with an Electrical Engineering degree
23 yrs old: Moved into a sprinter van and worked as a raft guide in Montana
24 yrs old: Bought my first house and converted half of it into an Airbnb
24 yrs old: Joined my first paid real estate mentorship centered around creative finance
25 yrs old: Quit my job to go all in on real estate
26 yrs old: Closed down my real estate wholesale business and re-started
26 yrs old: Got into transactional funding and had my first $25k month. Then lost it all
26 yrs old: Created a transactional funding community on Skool.com teaching what I do
26 yrs old: Founded a software company centered around buying back REI time
26 yrs old: Won the Skool Games & The 100 and got to be mentored by Alex Hormozi and Sam Ovens
Today: My 3 businesses did north of $1.2M in revenue in their first 6 months. Although I know this is just the beginning for me, I aim to share here in hopes that some of you can come along for the ride.
If you are someone who isn't happy with your current situation, there is no shortcuts. The time it takes to be great is significant, but in the end it's always well worth it.
The simplest way to succeed is to just start, and don't stop.
I can't wait to see how far that takes you.
