Glad you got the Sinn UTC back in your line-up. Looks great. Now ditch the bracelet because this was made for straps- great watch and video. Congrats!
ОтветитьNazi watch, pass
ОтветитьGreat video :)
ОтветитьYou should brand these as "Bobby from the basement watch reviews" with that backdrop.
ОтветитьNice watch,wonderful review Bobby.
ОтветитьExcellent review of a great looking Sinn. Well done as always Rob.
ОтветитьGreat looking watch Rob. That guy must have been crazy to let that one go! I think one of its best features is how thin it is with all its tech. Keep up the super reviews.
ОтветитьThis is a cool watch Bobby. I know you been talking about this piece but for some reason I had the 556 in my head. So when you posted the video I was like oh wow look at this! I like this watch very cool. The finishing on it is SICK! Love the large arabics on the dial and the case shape. Not a fan of that yellow color UTC and on the hand but that's just a personal preference. Great looking watch and review Sir!
ОтветитьGreat review! Also for reference, Sinn only uses top grade movements in all their watches. All watches will run within COSC.
ОтветитьI have had more than a few Sinns. The clasps and bracelets are poorly finished. I had two different watches fall off my wrist because the small spring bar in the clasp failed. This is without me adjusting it prior to it happening. The buckle flanges were a little too wide when they made it and it was not corrected. Weird and disconcerting.
I started to lose my interest in the brand after that. I also found the edge finishing on the cases and bracelet links lacking. Quite a few sharp edges. Too bad. I love the design and aesthetics. I also have to say that the rising prices contributed to my indifference as well.

Beautiful watch Rob. Any plans on doing a review of a U1? Seems to be a lack of reviews on YT despite the watches popularity
ОтветитьHelpful review Bobby, many thanks.
ОтветитьI like this watch- There is negative critique of the h-link clasp out there so no surprise re: the jangly issues. What alternative German gmt/Utc watch would you recommend?I love your manly chafed fingers! Keep chopping wood!
ОтветитьI love Sinn! My 103 is one of my favorites. Great review, Rob!
ОтветитьGreat review Rob, honest and informative. I agree in the clasp. Sinn needs to step up their game in this area. Overall looks neat. Congratulations and enjoy!
ОтветитьLove the dial. Busy, but legible and functional. Great tech and can handle anything. Congratulations!!
ОтветитьGreat review and cool looking piece. 😎
ОтветитьLove the watch. Nice review.
ОтветитьWants our watches but dropped this one on a brick lol. At least he's honest
ОтветитьSinn clasps are complete garbage... Sinn is the German Seiko.
ОтветитьWhat is that hole to the right of number 18?
ОтветитьHello, we share the same wrist size. Is this watch size ok for your wrist? What do you feel when you wear it? I'm asking now because maybe after a couple of weeks, your thoughts could be changed by your daily experiences. This watch size is my biggest concern and there is no Sinn retailer in my city. Thanks in advance.
ОтветитьAwesome review Bobby Legs. Thanks for sharing.
ОтветитьI simply don’t understand why the first position doesn’t change the local time hour hand instead of the UTC. The whole point of a UTC watch is being able to adjust your local time without messing up your hack or reference to UTC.
ОтветитьI never care about bracelets. I either buy without or put a strap on straight away. I Prefer straps. Weird ok. So the only thing I saw was the bezel looks soft and no clicking or super quiet. Right??
ОтветитьGreat review! I own one of these and found the outer AR coating got strange splotches on it, I think sunscreen had reacted with it. ...so I removed the outer AR coating using a fine polish and plenty of elbow grease!
ОтветитьSinn regulates their watches at the factory.
ОтветитьWhat does the UTC do
ОтветитьYou can get the bracelet to drop straight down at the lugs, shortening the wingspan. You just take off the end links and put the pin through with the end link not locked. Hard to explain but it does help with fit.
