The finish on the standing desk was beautiful
ОтветитьDamn the grain is memorizing. Beautiful work.
ОтветитьBro the back to front reference killed me😂😂
ОтветитьStrangely I woke up to your video and I don’t normally comment but hello. I woke up from when you started taking off the loose wood and using epoxy. I’m sure I’ve heard you before. Only question I can think of is there a good saw horse you can recommend ?
ОтветитьYou could stream on Twitch. There are people who would watch.
ОтветитьThe anteater group are in fact crazy fanatics that are just huffing copium because women don't like playing with their floppy bologna cone.
ОтветитьGotta go with the Black Mappa...only because I actually HAVE a guitar that looks like this. Its for sale too! Pictures upon request my good man.😏
ОтветитьBeautiful
ОтветитьClaro Walnut out of these!
ОтветитьYou are not a woodworker, you are a fraud using epoxy
ОтветитьLove your videos, looking to build me a computer desk 6’x6’x30”, L desk. Possibly incorporating a sit stand mechanism. It will be a while cause I’m working on my house installing wood look tile, baseboards and paint. But I will be watching for inspiration!! Thank you for all the hard work you put in to show others the hard work you do on amazing works of art!! Love the mapa desk!!
ОтветитьYes please make a relentlessly long, 8 to 10 hour or hell, a no cut, no edit. Fill length build video! I dare you hahaha
Ответитьwhy do you talk constantly
ОтветитьWhat up man love your videos, I’m looking into getting my carpentry trade cert next year for more of house work, but I was wondering if you had any tips into getting into more of these staple pieces
ОтветитьI like honest workmanship, very good creative vids. I'm thinking of trying a couple of little projects using epoxy and wood
ОтветитьAnd you are now banned from China
ОтветитьBack to front…🤦🏼♀️😅🤣
ОтветитьRedwood ❤ love your videos, kinda inspires me to get back into woodworking, have you done a tensegrity table? The ones with nylon look so impossible.
ОтветитьI have somehow, missed this video. Absolutely fantastic work as always 👌🏻👌🏻
Ответитьis it just me that thinks stitching ruins a piece? Like i get stitching underneath but where it shows i cant stand. It just sticks out like a turd in a punchbowl lol
ОтветитьThanks for the video. I like the in depth detail and explanation. I think i like the underrated Elm.
ОтветитьRounded Edges on the bowtie ends: 💯
ОтветитьWhy does the algorithm push this video every time I should be going to bed, but up working in my garage? And then it comes back once I'm finally in bed and somehow keeps playing even though I've shut off auto play specifically because I don't want to wake up 2 hours late to the same part over and over again. Some voodoo stuff going on here Cam... The parts I can remember are great though. And most of the builds I've watched multiple times before this vid was dropped. Am I alone here?
ОтветитьCam I really enjoy your videos please get back to making more woodworking projects videos. I have been able to use them for inspiration and education.
ОтветитьI'm sure that in the months since this was first uploaded, I am responsible for a at least 100 of the views. Cam's calm voice, the humor and the beautiful stuff being made, makes it perfect for me to relax and finally be able to calm my brain down enough to be able to fall asleep. I look forward to anthology nr 3 ❤
ОтветитьUse metallic Dominos and they will add plenty strength 😊
ОтветитьLive edge humans ahahah glad im cut anyway. Great videos and thanks for the tips about Redwood. Pun intended.
ОтветитьFew m9nths too late but just letting u know i watched all the way to the end:) good work
ОтветитьLed zeppelin is good but never was my fav.
ОтветитьYou can spend your money on whatever you want, some even choose to have kids lol you ain't lying
ОтветитьI definitely love the Black Mappa Burl more
ОтветитьI loved all the wood spieces you showed its to hard for me to choose which one i like best. I like using threaded inserts. It may be just my opinion if you use screw or lags the more you take them out and put them back in the weak the bond/strength gets where as threaded inserts you dont have that unless you cross thread or over tighten and pop the threads.
ОтветитьI have been enjoying your Chanel and your work but when you brought out the die I thought I would die.
I had no idea that you would kill God's work by putting any kind of die on the wood and destroying it. Sorry but I must Unsubscribe from your channel.
Lots of lessons here for amateur craftsmen. In particular that going the extra mile, getting every last detail perfect, and generally being obsessive about the quality of your work, always pays off in the long run. We think that if a customer doesn't seem to notice or care about every last detail, then we've wasted our time, when in fact it is the exact opposite. Them being happy and not caring so much about the fine details is exactly what we want, because it means we've done our job and eliminated anything that could cause them to second guess it or try to fault it.
The day you think you can be lazy or take shortcuts because nobody will notice, is the day that somebody will notice exactly what you haven't done, and will start looking for other problems, which they will then probably find.
Hey you got people to help you with something heavy for once lmao
ОтветитьI don't know what kind of finish messed up the walnut, but I've never been able to get Odie's to work. It either looks too dull, or gets dull in a couple months. Rubio is kinda unbelievable. I was originally a Formby's guy, and I like wipe on poly with a carnuba wax, but Rubio looks better and takes half as much time. I didn't want to believe the hype, but they got me
ОтветитьI love the how too video. I cannot stand silent videos. TOOO BORING!!
ОтветитьWeekly updates Daily would be annoying for you and the customer
ОтветитьI like the plug method. I did not have a good wood match recently. I use the dremel to make the pin holes look like irregular Bug hole/knot hole and filled with epoxy. it came out pretty good.
ОтветитьHey Cam
I have used the PVA quite a lot in fiberglass molds with Gel Coat. It works great in that application. Good to know its no the right product for Epoxy.
Love videos!!!
Alm in german is Bergweide - mountain pasture
ОтветитьElm I have never seen elm used in furniture buiding. Thank You I like the vieo but especially the elm.
ОтветитьGreat video, look forward to more...
ОтветитьElm - Ulmus Americana, just call it Ulmus. A lovely piece of Ulmus 😆
ОтветитьDon't wipe it back to front 🤣🤣🤣🤣
