Cooking 500 years old authentic Iranian food Called Dizi (Abgoosht) | Country life

Hello my dear friends 👋
Abgousht, which is cooked in clay dishes and is called Dizi, is one of the famous and original Iranian dishes, which is more than 500 years old.
The broth is made with fresh sheep meat and peas, potatoes, onions and tomato paste are used in it. The spices are turmeric, salt and pepper.
In this season, when sour pomegranates are abundant on the trees, we make pomegranate paste or take pomegranate juice and use it in food.
Grown olives is one of the famous Iranian flavors in which pomegranate paste, angelica, fresh local aromatic vegetables, pomegranate juice and ground walnuts are poured into it.
