NFL AFC Travel Agents: X-Factors Ready to Send Opponents Packing! McDuffie, Bullock, Cooper & Hill!

Ok…let’s get into some “Travel Agents”...my X-Factors who could be responsible for sending their opponents on an early vacation this weekend. I’m going to hit the AFC side today…starting with Chiefs/Texans…
And Chiefs cornerback Trent McDuffie. He just got selected to his 2nd-straight All-Pro team in just his 3rd season in this league…and he’s going to be the key to helping KC avoid the upset.

I talked about Nico Collins yesterday…he’s THE threat in this Texans passing game…and it’s going to be up to Trent to shut him down…
Kinda like he did in that matchup a few weeks ago by the way. Nico had 3 catches for just 5 yards when Trent was covering him in that Chiefs win…and McDuffie came up with an interception on one of those targets as well. Trent will play on the outside, he’ll travel into the slot as well, and I think we see him attached to Nico at the hip in this one. The winner of this matchup could determine who wins this game. Nico’s line for receiving is 82-and-a-half over on FanDuel Sportsbook…do what you will with that.

As for the Texans defense…they’re going to need to come up with some turnovers if they’re going to pull this off….
We saw Derek Stingley come through in that department last week…but my Travel Agent for Saturday is rookie safety Calen Bullock. He led all rookies this season with **5** interceptions…he was nicknamed “Superglue” as a kid growing up in Pasadena because the ball just sticks to him.
And he’s lived up to the name already in year 1. He is an absolute ballhawk in the middle of the field…and when Mahomes does throw picks, that’s where they tend to happen. 7 of Patrick’s 11 interceptions this year have come between the numbers. We’ll see if Bullock can add to that total on Saturday…but I will say this: All of those 11 picks from Mahomes came in the first 11 weeks of the season. It’s been **2 MONTHS** since he’s turned it over...so this isn’t going to be easy. Mahomes is -115 to throw a pick over on FanDuel Sportsbook by the way…interesting given that recent history…thought it would have been plus-money there.

Alright let’s move to Ravens/Bills…
And for Buffalo, I’m looking at Amari Cooper. You go back to that Week 4 loss in Baltimore…and the Bills didn’t have him yet. And I know he didn’t have the most prolific regular season…
But that’s not why they traded for him. They brought him in for games like this…and I still believe he’s the guy in this passing game that can make the big plays in big moments. The Ravens have the #1 ranked pass defense over the 2nd half of this season…I think it’s going to take a star to break through and make them pay. And don’t be fooled…that’s exactly what Amari is – throw the regular season stats out the window. His line for receiving is just 21-and-a-half in this one…he might have one catch that tops that.
And on the Ravens side…I’m looking at running back Justice Hill. Yes…Derrick Henry will be the focus…but Hill has been a huge part of this offense in big moments – especially through the air.
He of course caught that touchdown after Lamar spun his way out of trouble right before halftime last week…but he also put up 96 total yards – 78 through the air – including a huge touchdown in that early season matchup with Buffalo. And when you look at this season as a whole…the Bills allowed the most receiving yards and the 2nd most receiving touchdowns to the running back spot. This is a matchup advantage…and I think we’ll see the Ravens try to exploit it – especially if Zay Flowers can’t go again. His line for receptions is 2-and-a-half…just something to think about if you’re dabbling this weekend.
