I always wondered why they changed the number. In the original COD4 they reported 50k men dying in the Nuke, and I think the same in the original MW2, but in the remastered version they cut it to 30k

MW2 was so good and memorable because it didn't try to be anything else than it needed to be.

There are a lot of games for which you can say "they're partially silly, partially serious, and have attention to the details that won't be seen by average player", but MW2 is something different.

MW2 is basically the videogame variant of a classical action movie. It even uses the same tropes many times. And it's honest about them, it doesn't try to cover it with unhealthy amounts of irony or force-feeding certain details to the player.

It had a good graphics at the time, but didn't require an insane gaming pc, because most of the "good look" was design and atmosphere.

In the mission “the hornets nest” at the beginning of the mission. Ghost questions what they should do with Rojas after they’re don’t torturing him, and Soap responds with “the streets will take care of him”

If you do it fast enough, you can destroy the S.A.M turret brfore it kills your drone. It has to be immediately tho

at the beginning of: Just like old times, you can spot a bridge with some civilian vehicle and some tanks, the thing with some Afghan soldiers there is very plausible and the same thing with recruits from S.S.D.D

Why does everyone miss the fact that in the beginning of the mission Of Their Own Accord you can see Dunn curled up into a ball with his head down which some people may consider useless but personally it makes me love Dunn as a character
