Question: looking through the icd-10 diagnosis codes code z34.90 - encounter for routine pregnancy examinations, has a "not acceptable principle diagnosis (for facility billing only)" does this mean that it can not be billed as principal diagnoses on any UBO4? or is this only for inpatient admissions?

So I’ve been watching your videos for awhile now and you barely mention billing. If I’m in school for a biller/coder and get certified for both then apply for a job will I just do the coding aspect of the certification or will I just do the billing? I haven’t really seen any videos online that discuss both topics

I am going to school for billing and coding which is the Peggy and they want be to sign up for Campus Ed and has membership that is 30 dollars a month for a placement externship and to take a exam how months would you pay for it and is it worth it getting a better. The school never said that I would have to pay for this and supposed to place me in an externship. You never said that I would have to pay for this membership.
