Very informative video. iD deserves every success in this endeavour. I have one question though. What does the consumer do with the zip locked plastic packaging after use? Do they just dispose it or is there some sort of second life usage of these plastics? It is a lot of ldpe. To be honest, I was using iD batter for two years and whatever he said he's mostly true about the quality and price factors during their initial years but they exactly taste like road side batter now. Not joking, the batter isn't of good quality rice and gives the sour taste even 3-4 days before it's expiry. That's means they are faking the expiry dates. And top of it they are most expensive like₹90-₹120 per kg compared to others in₹60-75 range. So this video sounds like promotion but still iD did exactly like typical other Indian brands like initially they maintained the price & quality and later after winning customers trust they hiked the price and lowered the quality. For that matter MTR batter tastes better and I know even they might change it in few years and I'm sure many switched to MTR batter from id as Indians easily switch based on price and quality.

Recently I was discussed with one food scientist from the NIN, he said there's some preservatives in ID dosa+ idly batter which is hard to found for others...
