He's such an incredible artist on the ice, always such a joy to watch him. Also, the music, it's so good and so beautiful and his skating was perfect for it.

Very beautiful. A real scater. But comment are so rude. Nathan is training with his artistry and we don't need disrespect the winners. It is sport competition but not the art.

ISU is ruining our favorite sport in favor of casual people (i can't even call them fans), who don't like and don't understand figure skating. all of those american 40-50 yo ignoramuses, you know "omg skating is not about the jumps" "bring back spiral sequence" "i can't understand scores, bring back 6.0" etc.
i believe that they are giving skaters like jason those scores soley because of complaints of such people on social media. but ISU don't understand that figure skating fanbase are not consist of old-aged americans. it might be looking from twitter that the numbers of those people are big, but in reality it's just a tiny group of people who never were a fans of figure skating, and who never will be. with scores like that they are killing their real fanbase. millions of fans in russia would stop watching men's skating, if this trend will continue. nobody wants to watch another corrupt "artistic" discipline, we already have ice dance, that no one watches. and what will be the next move, ISU will kill ladies skating as well? i can see the similar trend in ladies, with their push of kostornaia over quadsters. they are spitting in the face of huge number of people who like this sport, preferring the small number of people who don't like it. well. good luck.

Я не знаю, мне вот кажется или что... Но то, что Джейсона Брауна тренируют Орсер и Уилсон, которые также тренируют Юдзуру Ханью делают их технику и характер выступления немного похожими. Нет, Джейсон и Юдзуру каждый по-своему хороши. Но вот эта пластичность, мелодичность, элементы так красиво перетекающие один в другой и я даже не знаю что ещё. Но отчетливо видно почерк тренера. И мне очень нравится этот почерк, если что ☺️. А может мне действительно только кажется)
Но в любом случае, это выступление Джейсона просто великолепно!

I'll say it again, I think this was well deserved! The score seems very plausible to me. If you just have a quick look at the results, he scored about one quad less than Kagiyama (who did two) on the technical side, so he made up for one quad and change with his good GOEs on the jumps, great GOEs on the spins and Choreo and Step sequence. I'm not an expert, but that seems quite logical to me. And then the presentation score was the highest of the night, which shouldn't come as a surprise :-)

Well, the real competitions is in:
-GPF
- Worlds
- Olimpic games
Without a quad, Brown deserved medals in events of GPF, 4CC, team trophy, and Nationals.
Is time that Brown think in do a quad, next season new juniors with almost 2 quads (Kagiyama, Danielian, etc) become seniors.
Fans of Brown «artistry» not is all in figure skating, is the BALANCE between tes and pcs, (in tes is necessary more than 2 quads of will be competitive).
If only import «artistry» in figure skating, Chen and Hanyu don't jump any quads.

No quads in his program and compared to Hanyu who attempted 4, his tech score was only about 10 points less - incredible.

What a wonderful performance! Wonderful artistry and interpretation.
I am sad that so many points are now going to jumps. Jason does not need to do any quad to show that he is a great figure skater. Yuzuru is undoubtedly the king, but his asthma makes it really challenging for him to compete with others in term of numbers of quad as well. Both of them are wonderful skaters whose programs are always filled with artistry and emotions.

И поэтому постановки под саундтрек к фильму мне всегда интересны. Катание Джейсона само по себе очень трогательное и невероятно красивое, поэтому эта программа действительно одна из моих любимых в этом сезоне. Не пересматриваю ее часто из-за наплыва эмоций каждый раз, но работа проделана потрясающая, как в техническом плане, так и в раскрытии необъятной скорби. Восхищаюсь Джейсоном.
