It allows the BIPOC and ALL communities an opportunity to make some real life altering changes to get ahead and flow with the changes and the career opportunities that are arriving.

SoftBank is a massive institution, I wish he would address how you can get your company into their radars. I know some work is done with the opportunity fund but access is an issue, if you are not part of YC or have a strong network it seems those investment funds cannot notice you. I wonder how many talent fall into the crack.
