So I am a transgender who had their breasts done about 10 years ago. Before, I had my testicular sac distended and expanded to prep for saline implants in 2004 and had 2 60cc implants added to my testicular sac after I had both testicles removed. A bad thing with under muscle is when you flex it looks gross

Isn’t below the muscle best for breast feeding though? I’m very lucky mine went in through the arm pit an under my muscle, and my results have been wonderful. I also had deflated tires when I got mine they were after two of my kids but nearly ten years an abut o when my 2nd baby after my surgery’s, and my breast still look beautiful. I’ve been so so fortunate this is 💯 my last baby and after I’m finished breast feeding I will have to get new implants. Now this flex thing you speak of 🤔 I must say my breast do this and I never thought of it but I can flex my muscles and my breasts will flex in the direction toward my arm pits, I had never ever thought that wasn’t normal, very helpful video.

Pretty flat chested and had a double mastectomy. Had tissue expanders just,to accept. Smallest Size implant. 12 years later I feel need new implants or none. Have the Allergen recalled implants. What are your thoughts to do. Explant and then new implants or none. I am 68 old

Just had them replaced back under the muscle. Now one pops up to the neck when I work out. The surgeon said he will go back in and close the pocket more above the breast. Im scared the implant should not be behind the muscle, and he doesnt want to do the work. What shall I do?
