All he just said during the 1st few minutes before he started the meditation part, it really says exactly as I've been feeling & haven't been able to describe to myself or ayyone else. Nobody will be interested in me telling this but i just feel that i have to share it. I've experienced it all over the last 5 months & expect to feel the same over the however amount of months I have to see it trough. Thanks for putting this one in particularly on your site JR. I really appreciate it.

I literally go through the beginning until you go down the stairs… then ‘wake up’ at the end. The meditation says about remembering the journey but I don’t! What am I doing wrong?
