ОтветитьAbout those burns, grit your teeth and stick your arm in the oven. It will hurt like heck for a couple of minutes but it will take the sting out. It works. I started baking over 50 years ago and I've done this many times.

ОтветитьAusome opening great job. I saw your hands burns please always have organic virgin coconut oil once u get burn put it in the burn it will cool it use it daily in a week u gonna forget where it was . I bake a lot this is the best remedy with best wishes

ОтветитьOverbaked is a matter of choice i love dark crust. Burnt is not acceptable as this means part of the bread has turned to carbon and is uneatable.
ОтветитьHello from Denmark, im a baker here and it's fun to see how your take on danish pastry is, we usually fill a little marcipan filling inside the square and fold the corners in, then when proof'ed we give them egg wash and press the middle with 4 fingers and then fill them with either jam or cream, called a spandauer. :) love your channel :)
