Invisalign Tips (cleaning, managing pain, etc) & What I Carry Around With Me 2022

I got invisalign 5 weeks ago

I’ve just got my first aligners, I went straight to Amazon to make an order 😂

Got mine yesterday. Bottom only. No pain in my mouth, just weird little headache. I have a space where a tooth is missing. Maybe that’s why no pain. If you’re in Rhode Island. The Dr.’s Barone are great. N. Prov and Greenville offices. I’m 68 yrs. We are getting brand new not old.

I thought can't wait for the pain but then I remembered I gave birth and nothing will compare so I'm looking forward to it

I used Munchies when I had Invisalign, helped with the pain and seating them correctly. Highly recommend!!

I got a second "big-ash" electric toothbrush for work xD.

I don't like that when I'm eating out i have to take them out then there's spit then I'm eating if I have a boyfriend would he mind? Like imagine a date😂

How do you sleep in your invasilign?

I’m on day 2 😢 can’t wait to complete treatment

Today I start my tray #3 and in 2weeks change to tray #4 hopefully all goes well. But this hurts a lot. With the first trays the first couple days after were the hardest…but I have like 10 more months so will be a long journey.

Can we do gym workout with Invisalign?

Oh I also found keeping moisturize and chapstick in my pouch to be helpful too! Notice my skin getting dry w the multiple brushing. and a mirror too atm bc sometimes I feel like is it isnt in properly.

Omg got my Invisalign today and on my top row tray on my front teeth the top of it it’s soo sharp and is cutting my inner lip, when I take it out I’m gonna lightly file it Becusss it’s slicing!

How did you handle eating and snacking since you have to have them in for at least 22hrs?

Thank you for this video! I stumbled it on my feed. This is my 4th day on Invisalign and I must say it does get better daily. I struggle with removing my bottom trays and I ordered the pull gadget from Amazon and that amazing. You do have to be careful when you start to pull as you don’t want any damage on you gum line or to the trays. I love my pull gadget as it has a chewy attached to it already. I haven’t been out and about yet like restaurants while in Invisalign-so this video tips is absolutely a great idea.

I’m glad you like those products but I wouldn’t think too much into products being “clean” as it’s just a marketing gimmick.

I got my invisilign 3 days ago and it hurts so bad and i can't eat solid food at the moment, i at least wait before eating something solid

I just got Invisalign yesterday! This is a weird question, but I used to have high self esteem about my looks. But now that I have to wear these retainers basically 24/7, I don’t have high self esteem anymore. With my lisp, the retainers making it awkward for me to smile, the uncomfortableness, and how gross they can be; I feel ugly :( I know it’s a silly question but is there a tip or hack you’ve found to deal with having these feelings with Invisalign? I also have these “buttons” on my teeth, so that doesn’t help either lol.
